Big Charlie's Lodge, newly built, is located in Behring Point, which is situated in the Northern Bight of Andros Island - a unique location that allows for world-class sports fishing of every kind, hunting, camping and exploring the coppice even discovering blue holes, or perhaps you'd rather go snorkeling and free diving the barrier reef.

Our brand new lodge has been outfitted to cater especially to serious anglers who want to enjoy world class fishing in a comfortable setting. Located in a remote corner of Andros Island, directly across from the water, you can watch the sunset over the bight from the porch or kick back in our new lounge and share stories of the day's fishing.

Guest's Private Room
Our back patio looks out over Cargill Creek and has a grill where we host one last dinner before departure or just sit around the fire discussing the big one and enjoying the Bahamian breeze at sunset. The night skies hold its treasure of brilliant stars without any city lights, only the rays of the moon rising over the lagoon.

We offer the best of the classic Bahamian dishes; also we cater to the international travelers taste with a variety of dishes from around the world. One of our specialties comes from the Mediterranean, authentic Morocco cuisine prepared by our very own authentic Moroccan, Faitha Lamghari, for her it is home cooking!
World Quisine Banquet Buffet.
For our fishing group guests it is a tradition to have a goodbye banquet and party on their last nights stay, fabulous food, fun, dancing with new friendships made during their stay it is hard to part, but Bahamians never say goodbye, rather "see you again", and we do see them again!
Our Fully Stocked Bar.
Our dining room can seat up to 60 guests and has a lovely large patio, both overlooking our panoramic water front view of the north bight. Enjoy a dinner by candlelight with soft music and discuss the "big one" that did not get away! The ambiance is accented with the beautiful colorful Androsia batiks and materials crafted on Andros. Our service is very professional and prompt, but by then you'll be on island time and won't be in a rush.

We maintain a well stocked bar in the dining room for international mixed drinks and our dedicated friendly bar tender can introduce to you the Bahamian tropical experience in such drinks as the Bahama Mama, Creek Runner, Bonefish Special, Northern Bight Special, and the Crazy Charlie. The beer is always cold!
